Lee Wallace works with professionals and youth who want to find answers to the question, "What do I want to do with the rest of my life?" He concentrates on helping clients to understand and appreciate their strengths and to use these strengths to become the people they want to be and achieve what they truly want. They do this through:
- Increased awareness of themselves and others,
- Clarity about what is important to them,
- Decision making that is balanced between their heads and their hearts, and
- Action aligned with who they are, what is meaningful to them, and what they want to accomplish.
Looking at "career" as the combination of all the roles that we play in our lives, Lee works with clients holistically, appreciating that each aspect of a person's life impacts upon all the others.
Lee has added extensive business coach training to his expertise in career counselling and the career development process. He is the lead author of Career Studies 10 (Nelson), a textbook used in schools across Ontario, and numerous other career development resources. Lee is an experienced speaker, trainer and workshop facilitator at local, provincial and national conferences.
Lee has a B.A. from Queen's University, an M.Ed. in counselling from the University of Ottawa, and business coach training from B\Coach Systems LLC. He brings to his clients 35 years of experience as a teacher, a counsellor of adults and youth, and a business coach.
